Rep Power: 0  | Tmax not found I am on Helios and it is telling me it cannot find our timer server. I changed my peripherals to the correct Port number for the Tmax and it isn't working. When I try to do the auto detect feature, it does not find it on any ports there either. I know the Tmax is not bad because it works just fine when it is connected it our other computer. I contacted Helios and they eventually brushed me off the phone saying we need to replace the Tmax ManagerPro. Any help?? |
