Remote Monitoring Beds at Multiple Locations

I'm running 10 beds in 4 locations at the moment and want to find a solution where I can monitor what's happening at each location, other than using TMax. Is there an 'off-the-shelf' system available that allows me to link into each location from my ipad? I've had a couple of machine control companies tender for the job who's prices seem extremely high. I find the TMax limited in what I want to achieve. Anyone in same situation that have found a solution ?

I'm just about to invest in 2 automatic spray tanning booths for each site and will also be wanting these linked into the same monitoring system. I've been searching google and have a concern regarding support etc on the Auto Booths if i'm to purchase from USA. I'm keen to know more about Pura, Versa Spa, Mystic, Norvell and Ergoline booths - Has anyone had any experience with these, which is best for first time users etc?? Any advice, help would be appreciated.

With Sunlync I can see what beds are in use at anytime, who is in any bed and also see which beds are dirty and for how long. I use it for 3 salons but the number is pretty much unlimited as far as I know.
