Rep Power: 0 | Help! Prosun lumina installation problem Help! I have 2 prosun tanning beds that we sold and I am hooking up in a new location for the buyer. Our space had 3 phase power, the new space has 1 phase power. Our electrician has hooked up the jefferson electric buck boosters and the wattage is 228 on one bed and 227 on the other, so it is within spec. We also changed them to 1 phase using the pro sun wiring diagrams. I have a electrical wire tester and all of the wires are hot going into the bed and going to the top canopy. Beds will not turn on. I have them hooked to t max timers that arent hooked up to a manager yet. None of the lights on the bed will light up- when i turn them on with the t max timer, they dont come one either. One of the only things I can see is that on the bed, the electrician used the red and black wires as the hot wires instead of the black and white wires that the diagram shows. He insists that they are all hot so it shouldnt matter. Any suggestions??? Thanks for the help! |
