TanTrack - T-Max Problem

Hi,

I have a problem with just one bed No. 2 linked with T-Max and Tantrack in my salon, there are seven beds in a beds` chain : 1-2-3-7-6-5-4,
Timer Manager shows a client `Prepairing to Tan` but after a short while the client and his whole session disappear from Current Beds Status and the minutes are deducted however the session has never been started. On T-Max Manager it shows up also as Delay and then after a shot while it`s free- AVAILABLE.

Clients are complaining and we have to run the refunds or edit their packages etc.
In Menu BEDS I can see bed 2 started at 12:28 and again ( after Refund) at 12:34 same day?! It happens around 5 times a day and we have around 30 sessions on that bed daily.

Any IDEAS, why it`s like that.?
Have it ever happened to you with anyone else?
What was it caused by?

I will go with guys from Nichesoft through troubleshooting this evening, but maybe anyone of you had similar problem.
