Need Help! Bed won't turn off! - tanTALK

I have a ProSun Jade 24 with a manual timer. The bed won't turn off. The timer does count down to zero but won't shut off. The only way to turn the bed off was to unplug it. Can someone please help me and tell me what could be the problem and what I can do to fix it? Thanks!
