I am having random E6 error codes flash on multiple rooms in my salon. When using salontouch evol. it is losing communication with the beds, thus causing me to restart the program to get it back in sync. Has anyone ran into this problem>? I have ordered plenty of communication chips. I plan on changing out all of them to eliminate that being the issue. Any help would be great...!

If you are experiencing E6 errors on the T-Max® Manager G2/Manager Pro but the timer does not show an error code, refer to the section on this site for communications errors in either the wired or wireless installations, depending on your configuration.

If 96 appears on the timer in the room, the timer has reached it’s profit sharing parameter. Usually caused by power problem. Do a factory reset on the timer in the room.

Be careful on the chipset you install. I've found that if your bed has a max time of say 12 minutes and the chip is a 10 minute chip, the bed works fine for the first or second time, then the bed just stops working. The manager says it's ready, but it will not accept a programmed time. You reset the Manager and the T-max Controllers and it will work again then fail. But, as long as you set the programmed time to the max time of the chip or lower, the bed works fine. So just be careful on the chip and it's max time.
