Rep Power: 0  | Sunlync Help!! Sunlync is not refreshing the employee PTA's or store rankings... this started happening after a power outage. I fixed this once before but forgot what I did to fix it!!! Anyone know how to resolve this issue?? Thank you!! |

Rep Power: 0 | Re: Sunlync Help!! You might have already resolved this- but if I remember correctly this happens because date and time was changed on the server for some reason, then changed back. The fix is in CorpUtil.exe from your main machine/ or server --> log in --> Click Sunlync Scheduler under the Services section --> Stop it- takes a a few seconds so make sure it is stopped then restart- waiting until it is finished. Then you should be able to sign back into Sunlync and after a brief update all should be well :)
