Sun Touch Problem - Managers code missing. - tanTALK

Hello,

We use SunTouch and we accidentially deleted the manager's file along with the code that has full authorization to add new employees and change authorizations.

Any ideas on what to do now? We need to gain control over the software but we do not have a file with full access.

Does anyone know a default code we can use?

You can enter via the Microsoft program Access. WHen I bought my old salon, the owner deleted herself out. I was able to re-add a manager via hacking the software via Access.
