Help! Magictan MT3500 - tanTALK

Hello, I have purchased a magic tan mt3500 and when I push start on the LCD screen it says that it is set to Tmax timer which does not seem to go. I want to reconfigure to use LCD display. I have standard password to check diagnostics but the option of changing confiquration is not available? How can I just control from LCD?? Please please this booth has been a nightmare to work out and I dont have a technician available so trying to do it myself.

You need to connect a t max timer then when the timer is activated you can then control the unit at the LCD panel.

Hello, thanks for your reply The Tmax Timer just has one cord coming off it that is like a a phone connection rather than a power connection and I have plugged it in to all three conections in the black box at back but no power seems to run to it. The small screen does not light up, I suspect that it is faulty? In the main menu on the LCD is it not possible to control just from the LCD. In the limited instructions that I do have it states that you can control via the LCD or Tmax?
