Anyone know what error code e103 is on the ergoline AVG 600. wont start up...

CD or Audio error. This will not prevent the bed from starting though.

My ergoline 600 avangarde has an error 102. Did anyone know how to fix it? The voice guy says something about woltage or wiring in serious connection in safety switches.This bed is running in single phase, what could it be?

My 600 won't start if the deco lights are turned off. We have an Intellitan on the wall, and when you press start, it takes about 3 seconds before the bed will turn on. I'm sure the answer to this is beyond my comprehension, but I assume it's due to the power of the bed.
