If you've been paying for tech support all you can do is keep calling them or hope someone here has an answer for you. Have you tried cleanning your computer with Ccleaner or Malwarebytes? They're both free downloads. Last edited by movieking; 05-04-2011 at 02:49 PM. |

Rep Power: 16 | Re: Salon Touch Evo HELP If the disks are orginal they don't have viruses on them. Viruses can't write themselves to your disks. I guess my questions are: What versions of the disks do you have? They might not run on windows 7, they are probably only good for windows xp isn't there a dongle system for salon touch software? If there is do you have it plugged in? Did you wipe the old computer clean? I could've cleaned it up from a remote location Greg |

Rep Power: 16 | Re: Salon Touch Evo HELP xotic, If you want me to help you, the questions i asked have to be answered first. we could be here a year without the basic info first. You answered the one but these two are important: What versions of the disks do you have? They might not run on windows 7, they are probably only good for windows xp isn't there a dongle system for salon touch software? If there is do you have it plugged in? Also, are you getting errors when you install and what are they? g |
