tan track 2.6.7 problem

So all of a sudden when I open tan track a new window opens and says "please wait while windows configures tan track" then it asks for a disc. I don't have my original disc still from when I purchased tantrack so I press cancel. So then tan track opens normally. Sales screen works fine, but when I click on Customers it asks for the disc over and over then says "run time error "0" and when I press OK it closes tantrack.

Any ideas?

Sounds like you may possibly have a corrupt file which is causing the error. If you've got a current support program, call em up and I'm sure they'd be happy to help you get your problem corrected.

Yah I ended up paying for the support program so they fixed it for me. They were really helpful. . . for $200 lol

The support is well worth it, considering how vital your POS software is to running your business. In fact, my support contract expires today and I called in this morning to renew. It's well worth the $200.

Yes, $200 is a small price to pay for assurance that software you need to run your business will continue to run with few glitches. There is nothing more frustrating, then having computer problems when you've got customers standing in line. I say that like do we have customers standing in line anymore? lol
