Tan Track Dongle

Somehow while I was on vacation my dongle got lost. I can't find it anywhere. Do I have to buy a whole new set of software?

Yes you do. They won't replace it in less you return the old one.

Re: Tan Track Dongle

How did you lose it? Doesn't it stay plugged into the back of the salon computer?

Re: Tan Track Dongle

I'm guessing someone unplugged it so they could plug in the printer. (My ports are full so I leave my printer unplugged) It is now securely duct taped to the computer LOL

Re: Tan Track Dongle

If it's a USB dongle, and you are out of USB ports, buy a hub for like $10 at any office supply place, best buy or walmart. It will turn 1 USB into 4 or more. Well worth it, especially if you have to go through the trouble of unplugging something else.
