Helios 11.7 - tanTALK

Changes made on second work station do not show up on server. Does anyone have a solution .

Sounds like you don't have the setup quite correct. Make sure on the Settings, Site tab that you have LAN checked and have the proper name in the address box for the server. Also, you need to run the multi station utility and have all your data paths pointing to the appropriate directory on the server. If you haven't done this, you will be writing the data from the 2nd workstation to the programs/helios/data path on the 2nd workstation. You will also need to make sure that the 2nd workstation has the data directory on the server as a networked drive.

System Settings , as noted on another thread, need to be done on each station.

unable to change the tax code on the utilty folder?

Are settings are corect. Work station is pointing to server. Notes are saved but employee log in and other entries not saving. ...any help greatlt appreciated
