Rep Power: 0 | Tan Track and EFT Can someone tell me how they use Tan Track to keep track of there EFT manually. We use a third party processor. We add the packages and selected EFT. When a customer buys the Package we enter the Payment Information into the EFT Setup. Since we have just started we do not know how the EFT works when the payment comes due. Also is there a way to retrieve the credit card information that is entered under the EFT Setup? I am using 2.96 I believe. It is the latest update before 3.0. Thanks |

Rep Power: 23 | Re: Tan Track and EFT Go to the client screen and click at the top on report..go to customers list and look in the box that pops up...click active eft clients and it will populate a list for you. Then when the due date for the eft is here there will be an automatic pop up that morning that asks if you want to process your efts...click yes and process. |

The next day when you open it up (it should also open up your processor, we use pc charge) there will be a screen that props you to process the efts. Watch your bank account carefully!! We processed over $2000 before realizing that there was a mess up with either pc charge or tantrack info and they were saying they were going thru but they never did. We had to set up the entire thing again! |

Rep Power: 23 | Re: Tan Track and EFT You do not have to exit out of tantrack daily. Your tan track will have an auto popup that says "Do you want to process your efts?" Tantrack should be the one asking you if you want to process your eft's NOT PCCHARGE...if tantrack doenst ask you, then either you dont have any that day or something isnt set up correctly. |

Rep Power: 0 | Re: Tan Track and EFT The issue is that we are getting Tan Track to give us approvals on the EFT's when we run them every day. The screen shows the card actually being accepted yet we are not getting the funds in our account and MPS who works directly through Tan Track is saying its not on their end, and as always Tan Track is saying its an MPS issue or a computer issue at the Salon. |

Rep Power: 0 | Re: Tan Track and EFT Our problem was like that. It ended up being mostly pc charge's fault. We printed off a list of all of the cards we ran from pc charge. Contacted pc charge and faxed it in to them. It took them a few days but they manually entered it in for us and we recovered it all. Something was set up on the wrong platform. It was really weird. The re did the entire set up process and finally got it working. Then called tan track and they did the rest of the configuration to make it all work together. Just to be sure everything was working fine we ran one of our own credit cards and watched the online banking to make sure it took it out. So I would make your processor re do everything. I think what really went wrong was when we set it up, pc charge was asking me to give him info off this sheet we got from our other processor. He asked for the wrong info on one of the questions. |
