Helios Help! - tanTALK

The date on my computer was changed to a month ahead, Helios recognized this of course. Usually I can change it back and it's not a problem. But this time a POS message comes up and tells me to call technical support.

Any help on what I can do to get around this??

Have you done any transactions under the wrong date? If so, you'll need to delete the transactions from the system, and then you can change the date on the computer.

Either that, or do a reboot from the last back-up you have.

You can also just go into the "transactions" menu and check the last few transactions and correct the dates.
