HELIOS Tan Tax reports? - tanTALK

Anyone figure out a way to code the breakout for the "Sham" Tax in HELIOs?
How are you coding it in the software to run quarterly reports for just the tanning revenue?

no prob i got a email from them not to long ago...also i beleive there already is a option in helios to add tax to the codes.

This is really very simple, Helios lets you use different tax codes so you just set up one for sales tax and another for the tan tax. On the sales code you tell it which tax code to use so there is no problem at all.

Rich...once set will it attach to all existing EFT memberships? I am hoping to avoid going in and setting over 2000ish one at a time.

It will attach to whatever sales codes you set it up to attach to. You will have to work through each one and tell it to charge the tax. Then you just run the sales tax report and it will break out your regular sales tax and the tan tax.
