Sundash 232 gf and Tmax timer

I did a search here but could not find what I needed.

I have a Sundash 232 gf that I purchased for my tanning salon. I bought a Tmax 3w2 (3a) 20 minute timer. The instructions that came with the timer are complicated as are the Sundash manual( http://gsd.custhelp.com/app/answers/...d/105863/sno/1 -- bed manual) for connecting a timer.

I called JK Global services( for Sundash) and spoke to a man in support. He told me a set by step for programming the bed. We went through the set up on the phone but could not get it working. :( I would like to retry the programing but unfortunately I did not write down the steps.

First, I want to ask if anyone knows those steps. They are similar to ones posted here..http://www.tantalk.com/sun-doctors/2...ash-232-a.html but for a tmax timer

Second, If there is a way to connect a manual timer instead of the Tmax digital

Third, if all else fails...anyone want to buy a bed? lol

I have 232s and run a tmax manager pro from them and it works best to use the plugs in the back. Don't use a tmax 3a (Save you $75 per tmax). The people at tmax 417-272-0761 can walk you through the entire prcess in 2-5 minutes per bed. you will have to daisy chain them and start or end with your manager. I assume you are useing a tmax manager

Bed gets addressed to 1 and the 3W gets addressed to zero.

My original post stated.... bought a Tmax 3w2 (3a) 20 minute timer. As much as I appreciate the suggestion of a Tmax timer pro it costs around $300. to $600..... depending on the seller. I paid $500 for the bed and tanning is only a side part of my shop. Just not worth me spending that kind of cash on one bed. ;)

Noted down 3a gets addressed to 0. :)

I will give tmax a call and see what they can do. I will post my results too. Thanks for the help.

Re: Sundash 232 gf and Tmax timer

Don't forget to set parameter 27 on the bed to 1 also for t max mode.

Got to work today and called Applied Digital (417)272-0761 and a nice man from tec support walked me through how to program both the bed and tmax timer. Working great! **knock on wood**

Thanks again!!
