I am also very frustrated with Nichesoft,Tan Track since update 3.0.0 I have had so many problems since the update I am so sorry that I updated . I paid a technician $255.00 to come in and tell me why the fan's at the end of my Heartland Beds was surging guess what the software update, I cannot get the owner to call me I have written two letters with no response (not great business ethnics). Sure sent me a bill to renew software support and I am not paying it , don't donwnload udated 3.0.0 too many problems and you'll be out money I know , I spent the money to fix their problem and doesn't like I'll be getting it back. I am looking for other software fast.

Thank-you for all your replies I am sorry all of you are having problems too . I have had nothing but problems and it continues they also told me to get a new computer which i didn't do money!!!
When I sent my receipt and letter's to them twice I have not received any reply's except a bill to renew(not doing) I shouldn't have pay that after paying $255.00 for a electrician to come in and tell me it is a software issue after being told many many times from Nichesoft it was electrical problem their reply my equipment my problem, Do any of you have good suggestions for other software? Don't dish out money to fix a Tan Track issue because it's their software not your equipment believe me I know !

I hear you Terri, since day one it's never TanTrack that's the problem, it's the computer, T-max, etc.....

we have so many clitches now, from upgrades, the appointment book is the biggest and even the reports never match....

we have so many request calls in and still nothing...they are aware of the problems they say...great but what are you doing to resolve them.

The software never works right and now the hardware i purchased that originally did, DOESN'T.

Everyday we are constantly having to deal with new clitches and when they do an update to fix the old clitches new ones pop up.

Ok tell me Im crazy...but I have just installed the 3.0 new version of tantrack and I have not had one issue...not one! You need XP to run it smoothly. You need Epison receipt printers. I mean if you have these things...you shouldnt have any issues.

I totally understand I still can't pull up sales charts tried this morning I too have problems almost everyday. My regular support ran out in March and I feel I should get another year without being charged $200.00 I paid a technician $255.00 to come in and tell me it wasn't electricial it was software(after the update),after 2 months of problems on my fan's on my bed's. Sent 2 letter's with my receipt and as of this date still no replies from the owner and getting on the phone HA! HA! I recently forwarded the letter's and receipt to Kevin at T-Max as I talked to him to let him know the Nichesoft replies were a T-Max problem boy was Kevin surprised by that.
Does anyone Know who the owner is? Is there even one?

I have Window's XP and epson and everthing else. I have lot's of issues and I updated in December and still can't pull sales charts off and Tan Track freezes up and on and on. Just wait your time is coming I hope not I really don't want to see other Salon Owner's go thru this mess.

That sounds weird...the fans at the end of your beds are controlled by the software? Does the software give an error message when it freezes? Have you considered doing a re-install and see if that might fix whatever your issues are? Could it be a virus on your system? Do you have a big enough memory? It sounds like you are having a lot of problems that no one else is having...If it were a software
problem, wouldnt everyone be having these same problems>?

The new software ware constantly updating bed hours and when it did that the fans at the end of the beds surged. I have it fixed now after bringing in a technician for $255.00 called Tan Track they went in and stopped updating so much and guess what it stopped. I was told by Nichesoft it's my equipment my problem but it's their software and I just don't understand why they just won't stand up and admit it was their software and I shouldn't have to just eat the $255 to fix their problem on their software

Your timer manager controls when tantrack checks for bed updates. So that is not a tantrack problem. You just download adnet, go into the update bed search function and change it to a longer update check. I had to do that also...just call Applied Digital and they walk you through it.
