help for a newbie (tmax manager)

Hey guys whats up. I don't own a tanning salon but my uncle and aunt own two and my girlfriend will be the manager of the newest location when it opens next week.

We where up there working this evening, trying to install the tmax manager, and we could not get it to do anything. The building is already wired for the tmax timers as it was a tanning salon previously. We hooked up all the modular wires and had the manger hooked up but that is all it would do. They have 6 beds 2 have 3A timers, 3 have 1A times and the 6th bed has another brand of timer all together. Will the manager run all these different types of timers? It says in the instrustions that you are suppose to push the 1st and 8th buttons on the manager and then the 2nd button and all the timers should show a 99 but that doesn't happen for me, they just all show 0. The only one that will show 99 is the 6th bed which is also the one bed with the different timer. Do the timers need to have the address set manualy? Any help at all would be greatly appricated.

Caribbean tan man is correct. When I am setting one up or have issues I call them directly. I usually talk to Bob because he has never lets me down and I can remember his name. The other guy is great to but I can not remember his name.
