Suntouch/ Tmax Not communicating - tanTALK

All of the sudden the Tmax and suntouch are no longer communicating, just happened out of the blue yesterday. has anyone had any experience with this? Please help! Thanks!

Is the serial/usb cable still attached between the two? If USB unplug/replug cable to reestablilsh communications - if serial cable reboot computer.

Did someone modify the timer setup in Suntouch? - Reset to default settings

Is the unplug/replug cable are sufficient in making the suntouch/Tmax communication....Besides this is a good idea about. We can have other solutions to suntouch here.
