Rep Power: 17 | Re: Router issue We had a similar problem. Finally traced it back to the back-up power supply that it was plugged in to. The backup power supply was dropping the voltage and causing the router to turn off and on momentarily. |

Rep Power: 0 | Re: Router issue Is it possible that a cable modem can cause a router to reboot? My router has been rebooting causing the internet connection to fail. When i unplug the wire connected from the router to the modem, the router doesn't reset. Any ideas? I got a new router, and it still happens.This is not any driver issue, just tell me if this is possible, and explain why. |
