can't delete old beds in tantracks - tanTALK

Every time I try it says that I "can not delete this bed because it is in use by one or more packages". If you go to the packages tab under the bed there are no packages checked off?? the beds were from my other location from when I tried linking them.
I even tried changing locations to the old store location and the beds didn't show any packages in use and it still won't let me delete them???
ANY IDEAS??

I had this problem where our master name, (what we would use to test beds) had an unlimited package that could use that bed. Since the Unlimited Package is still valid I could not delete that package! I had to delete the package from the name and then delete the bed. Dont know if this helped!!

Even though the bed is not linked to any packages at this time- Could a client's account have still have a old but valid package on there that was using that bed.

Maybe I said what you said- I'm confused and don't have Tan Track, just thinking.

But there are no packages that use these beds. and they are still coming up that they are used by a package! Makes no sense!

Go into your beds ...then click the tab that shows what packages are associated with that bed...uncheck all packages ...then delete bed.
