Unhappy Helios Date Problem

I just received the following message when trying to enter a sales code: "Helios has detected a date problem, please contact technical support.'' Does anyone know what causes this error and how to correct it?

Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Re: Helios Date Problem

Try changing the date on the last transaction in your system to today's date.

Re: Helios Date Problem

^^^Yup. Go to management>transactions, enter your password. Select yesterdays date from the date box and click "display". Double click any transaction in the list. A new window pops up with those transaction details. Press the "end" button on your keyboard. That'll take you to the last transaction. You'll probably notice that it has a date from like 3 or 4 days ago. change it to today's date and click save. All done.

EDIT: Oops, didn't see the link in the above post.
