Rep Power: 0 | SunTouch Question So, what is the difference between a FREEZE and a HOLD? I froze a clients account while she vacationed for a few days, but for some reason when she came back it showed her package expired. Are the amount of days the account is frozen/ on hold for supposed to roll over? Maybe im not doing something right? FYI-I normally dont allow freezing accounts unless a fee is paid from now on!
