Re: hooking up my t-max

What software are you using? You can use the Adnet that comes with your T-max manager to check for communication to the beds and the proper port.

Question Re: hooking up my t-max

I am having the same problem. We had to rebuild our system - we use suntouch. But since the rebuild the software does is not recognizing the t-max timer. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Re: hooking up my t-max

Have you checked that the software is set to communicate with T-Max? Click this link and download the adnet 2000 software and install it on your computer. It will help you determine port settings and ensure that the T-Max is communicating with the computer. If Adnet runs the T-Max then the problem is in your software.

I have the adnet software - just not sure what the ports should be? I have been running the beds thru the t-max but would like to start using the computer to set the beds again.
Thanks for your help.
