Rep Power: 0 | hooking up my t-max im replaceing computer and im hooking up new computer to the t-max. i got a message. it said make sure database is turned on. make sure database is connected to the correct port. change the com port setting of the database timer. check the baud rate of the database timer to correspond to the baud rate settings. i check my settings for the com ports and i know those are right but i dont get the other questions. any ideas? |

Rep Power: 0 | Re: hooking up my t-max I am having the same problem. We had to rebuild our system - we use suntouch. But since the rebuild the software does is not recognizing the t-max timer. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Rep Power: 0 | Re: hooking up my t-max Have you checked that the software is set to communicate with T-Max? Click this link and download the adnet 2000 software and install it on your computer. It will help you determine port settings and ensure that the T-Max is communicating with the computer. If Adnet runs the T-Max then the problem is in your software.
