Rep Power: 0  | helios shutting down issue I am trying to change the prices for services in helios and I can do one no problem... when I try and do the second price change helios crashes and just closes... Any ideas? Its helios v10.2 Thank You! |

Rep Power: 25 | Re: helios shutting down issue Sounds like your operating system is WIN XP SP 2 ... not compatible with Helios V10 ... need V11.4 or higher either upgrade helios ... or downgrade your operating system ... I expect |

Rep Power: 0 | Re: helios shutting down issue that fixed it... also helios is connected and found the tmax manager ok, but how does helios talk to the beds? does it detect them automatically or do I need to configure the beds individually in helios? first time setting this all up... ALMOST DONE :) |
