Integrating Timer into Helios

I'm trying to help a friend setup Helios v.11.6 with their TMax Timer. Now they enter the customer's information into Helios and then they press the appropriate buttons on the TMas timer. My friends wants to be able to enter the bed number and minutes into Helios and automatically have the timer do it's job and start the proper bed and set the number of minutes.

I was able to connect the timer to the computer and Helios can see the beds and tell which ones are dirty, but when we entered a bed number and time into Helios, we get a communication error about having the wrong location code. Please check the defaults.

Bed #1 is in location A00 and Bed #2 is in location A01 and so on.

How do I find out what the actual location of each bed?
