FST 1600 wont turn on HELP!!! - tanTALK

I just bought a salon about a month ago. They have FST 1600 timers with sun ease software. I really know nothing about these products..my other salons have tmax and salontouch. Today, the fst timer wont turn on. It will turn on for a second and then shut itself back off...I dont even have a manual for his thing..does anyone have any idea what to do or any number I can call?
i looked at the fst website called the number on there with no luck.

I can get you the number tomorrow. They are still in business. We have two locations with three of those timers at each location.
In fact I just bought a new one a month ago.

If you haven't already got this info. I have Sunease and used to have an FST timer. They have never charged me anything for after hours or weekend help.

The guy's name is Hap. He is really hard to understand and if you keep asking him to repeat himself, he gets angry. :P

Ive got several FST timers around here somewhere, if you need one, Ill see what all Ive got and you can have one of them if you just pay the shipping.
