still fighting with new computer and timer

Ok I bought a new dell computer.. It only has usb ports. I had to buy a new cable for my barcode reader, I bought usb to db9 adapter for my t-max manager. I also instaled a db9 serial port in computer.. The problem is I get everything to work except the t-max . The software (helios) wont find the timers. Any help?? Please

Re: still fighting with new computer and timer

You may have to call Helios on this one. I forget the tricks needed to fix this one. Sorry.
