You can do A LOT of different things with Sunlync so of course there is going to be a learning curve and some thought needs to go into how you are going to set it up. I use a point system that required tons of sales codes in Helios - when I asked Tony if he could make Helios accomodate our system he told me my points system sucked and he wouldn't ever make his program work with it lol. Well, Sunlync's program works with ANY type of package format that you want. Instead of getting a screen shot, phone them up and schedule a demo. They remote you in and walk you thru every step of the software...can't ask for more than that! |

Rep Power: 22 | Re: FRACK HELIOS! Thanks again! From what you sent me it looks like there are indeed two holders, product code and UPC. It appears that one might be able to assign both. This is not a deal breaker if one can not, I just like to memorize most of the codes and find it easier too look up products if I know that, for example, Devoted Creations starts with DC. So if I dont have it in hand to scan, I can search. At the same time I would prefer scanning bar codes at the time of sale though. That screen shot you sent me again shows an efficient use of space. Helios has several tabs for product codes, although both product and services codes use the same inventory system.

Rep Power: 17 | Re: FRACK HELIOS! Great feedback Vancouver. I was one of the "Helios Suckers" paid my $59 a month to hear multiple times. That isn't supported. Then click. No explanation, offer to assist, or Kiss my you know.. When I bought the salon, I had over 3 pages of errors in their reports, configurations, etc and called to speak to a programmer or someone in charge that would be interested in user/owner feedback. Weeks later, YES Weeks. they called back and said they really had their own testing group. Testing/QA group and they let the final product be released and sold like it is????? Looking to move now and will definitely take your feedback to look into Sunlync. Thanks again! One more question - What would you change about Sunlync if you could? |
