Tmax manager pro...security code

I need to change the password on my tmax manager pro. i know it really cant be given out to the public like i have seen on some other threads...but i don;t know exactly who to call.

Would anyone be willing to help me...we recently got rid of the previous salon manager and when i got promoted there was no real training involved...if there is a number i could call that would be great if some one could message me or call me that would be great! Let me know...Thanks in advance!!! =]

Not sure whey this was not moved to IP, but its best to not discuss these things in open forums since any devious employee can catch wind of it.
