not communicating

Just got Helios. FST 1600 and 600 won't connect to helios. Tried talking to tech support, No Help. Anybody have any suggestion

Have you tried humour yet? Humour can be a great "icebreaker" when it comes to opening channels of communication. And sometimes, it's necessary to establish what they call "safe zones". These make it "safe" for open and honest communication. What's an FST 1600? If you've been talking to Hap, then I know exactly what you mean when you say you can't communicate. Time to update your hardware, hp#####. Until that time, however, keep running that 600 Manuely (habla Es Panoli?)! The FST system utilizes a three wire two wire start button that your 600 does not come standardly equipped with. "Lucy, you got some splicin' tado! ahahahah!" ~ Babaloo!~ Best of luck. -Belvy

So u think i shoud replace my timers? T-Max? One think i don't understand is that when i connect one timer at a time, Helios will detect it, just not both. But if i run the timers with Sunease, everything works fine.
