Last I heard they were still testing the software. I am also pretty ****** because I was looking forward to the update.

Don't update too many problems with software, run the other direction I know I am having tons of problems and I have spent money to find out it was Nichesoft all along. I will tell you all about it.Don't end up as frustrated as I have been. I have also sent two letters with no replies.

I've got and have been using Tantrack for over 5 years. I installed 3.0 in November, had some problems, but customer support took care of those issues as they were reported. Everyone should have been contacted and the new changes installed. Nichsoft is not owned by the government and needs funding by its customers to remain viable. If you pay for your support you'll get the support. Their service is excellent.

No one is desputing that Parrot HEad but if you pay for something you should get something that works, isn't that what you would tell your customers....

in this industry we don't need more headaches like the software which runs your entire operation.

I'm glad you have few problems but the rest of us have had big problems which is fine but they are CONSTANT....what are we paying for again?

I have tantrack and have very few issues, if any, and if i do have an issue the tech support is awesome.

Everyone has the same version if they updated to 3.0. If you followed the guidlines and instructions which Nichsoft support gave you, it should work just fine. The new enhancements in 3.0 make it very user friendly and customer support is "right on the ball" to help in any way.

I have had nothing but problems and Had to pay someone to come in here after being told I had a electricial problem not software per Nichesoft but guess what it was a software issue and I am out the money for a problem that wasn't mine and I have been sending letters to get this resolved with no response from the owner's (not good business ethnics, Do you treat your customer's that Way?) I Don't! I wish I could go back to the old software but can't.
