Rep Power: 22 | Helios Geeks Just purchased a Level 4 bed. Presently offering packages on Level 1, Level 2, Level 3, Migen Massage and Foot Detox. When I added Level 4 it deleted one of the other levels. Doesn't seem to have enough room. Using latest version of Helios. How do I fix this? What do these salon do that offer 10 or more levels? Any info is greatly appreciated.

Rep Power: 22 | Re: Helios Geeks Unity what do you mean when you ask where did I add the bed? I just opened a new salon. Rooms 1 through 4 are Level 1, Room 5 is Mystic Tan, Rooms 6 through 8 are Level 1, Rooms 9 and 10 are Level 2, Room 11 is Level 3, Room 12 is Level 4. I also offer Migun Massage packages and Foot Detox Packages. I can add the codes for Level 4 but packages don't show up. There isn't enough room for that level. What am I doing wrong?? Help

Rep Power: 22 | Re: Helios Geeks In the menus go to "settings" and then "equipment". That is were you add a bed type, at the bottom you just double-click one of the boxes (probably a white one) and give it a key letter and name. Click ok and then select a color to associate. Thats how you add it on that end. The NAME is critical as its used by the sales codes. If you sell sessions then: In a blank profile click on the "client profile" menu and then "master edit". You will see the boxes to the lower left highlight up. In a blank one add the name of the bed, but this can be anything - does not have to match the name as before but its makes things easier. Now in a sales code for selling sessions you will see this listed. The above is the only ways I can think of adding a bed type.

Rep Power: 22 | Re: Helios Geeks As Sparky said, 6 is the limit. I think Helios 12 will open that up to more. Helios, if you have not noticed, is an ancient pile of software that lags behind all other POS software. But its popular and easy to get FREE support. I will be canceling my "support agreedment" shortly.

Rep Power: 22 | Re: Helios Geeks Ok Another problem....Helios is driving me crazy. Added Level then noticed the beds were out of order so being the neat freak I am , put them in order ie 1 2 3 4 Mystic Migun no place for Foot bath. Well guess what Folks with Level 3 visits showed uu on Level 1 and so on. What a neverending nightmare. We assumed the visits already would move with the move...........Well they didn't. Any ideas....??
