HELIOS wait list question - tanTALK

Is anyone having an issue with the wait list? We have had people dropping off the wait list in HELIO's and the HELIO's techs cannot figure it out. Our visits today were 328 and at one point we had 15 people on the wait list and with customers randomly "dropping off" we are dealing with angry customers. Anyone else with this issue? Thanks!!!

Pen and paper. We have an sheet that has all the info we need, the Helios wait thing is a joke.

I cant even get mine to allow me to slot people so CrystalSS please tell me how you even got to that point!

F4 your status screen rigth arrow will bring up the wait list then you use select etc on that bottome part.
