Helios Form Find error

I get an error message when I search on clients. when I type in the clients last name same sandow and hit F2 for Find I get the folling error message. Form Find "the following error occured: Record is deleted Number: -2147467259

I have to hit ok multiple times for it to go away.

Does anyone know what this error is?
