Tmax 1a help

Ok, I'm sitting here lost. I'm usually good at these type things. I had someone give me 4 1a timers. I already have a T-max manager pro for 1 bed (timer built in). I am trying to get these set up....can someone give me a hint???? OK, I am just trying to set up the 1st one to make sure I have it straight, I don't care that I will need to reprogram again once I have them all done. I have the correct line run from the manager to the 1a in the 1st room. I have the correct wire run from the 1a to my bed, I have reprogrammed my bed to be controled remotely....so I should be all set? Problem is the 1a display says 11 and will not change no matter what I try? I tried the other 3 too and they also do they same. Per tmax manual they should read 99. When I try to address the beds, it picks up an address for that 1a but will not do anything. HELP PLEASE. I want to do this today.

Hold down the start button and then plug it in. Release the start button and then press the set button to the address that you want. Solid period is under 100. Once you get to the address that you want then unplug it and plug it back in again.
