Tan Track Remotely

I was wondering if anyone had an idea on this. I do the books/maintenance for my wife who runs the salon. It's about 20 mins from our house. Does anyone know an easy way to remotely access tantracks? If I want to run a report or update packages or transfer data to quickbooks, it would be nice to do it from home.

Some people have mentioned using logmein.com

Yep, Logmein.com works great and is free. Also comes in handy if your employees have a problem...you can log on from anywhere and take control of the computer.

logmein.com is great... Free? That's a trial membership I think.

Nope Matt. It's completely 100% free. Now they do offer a pay version where you can transfer files from the remote computer to your computer and print reports/files directly from the remote computer to your computer.

But if you just want to be able to take control of the remote computer, so you can view things, do work, etc, the free version works just fine.

Thanks, unless someone else has ideas I will look into that. The free version sounds nice but I'll need to transfer data into quickbooks, not sure what data tantracks transfers auto so unless it is a minimal amount I'll probably buy the membership

Buy the Membeship, Logmein is a lifesaver I have 2 stores when I am at 1 store, I point the browser on my laptop to the other store and watch everything that happens down there. It not only shows the employees you're watching, but it gives you peace of mind. Your wie will love it when she can be at home and watch everything that happens at her store and they don't even know it. It's Awesome.. The paid version is your choice because you can transfer your quickbooks files and print reports. Try it you'll love it
