Sales Code For a Few Singles Tans

Trying to do a sales code in Helios to sell single sessions with variable quantity amount. I.e. Client wants to purchase 3 tans but I only have Walk In and 5, 10 and 20 packages. Can't do an open charge cause that doesn't use an expiration date and they'll be short when we do a price increase.

I was trying to use a 5 pack as a guide, but of course that is 5 and can't figure out the variable part.

Also, I'd like to use the same tan codes with these tans. That should work, right?

I'm having a brain fart... HELP!

uhmmmm.....what program?

And why sell them a 3 pack....the point is to commit to more sessions for a discount. If you want 2 or 3 tans, buy singles.

And that's the key, have them buy a few at single price. But pay for them now instead of paying each time. This one girl was leaving in 3 days to move to Europe and wanted 3tans. Think I'm gonna say "sorry, you have to pay each time". Now way Jose.

UPDATE.

I figured out how to get the varible thing to work. My problem was that I checked the V on the package tab but didn't put anything in the Add column. I put 10 and it works fine.

No problem....worst case scenario. Just add up the price and put it as Prepaid Dollars !?!

in pkg/mem you got it right with the 'V' radial.

in Amt Add, you must put the max. qty you want to sell with this code.

exp date if you desire, but at full boat, who cares.

other option is to just use PP dollars, if you have that code set up.

Yep, that's what I did. Only problem is we just did a price increase so the PP option gave us problems. The varible code works nicely.
