Rep Power: 0 | Helios 11.4 New owners took over the salon i work at, and erased alot of my sales codes for services. We have a VIP membership that customers sign a contract for a year and pay by credit card on the first of every month? I cannot figure out how to put it back in the computer, I've tried everything.....also it used to befor calculate a part month for new customers signing up and i dont know how to do that one either. Any suggestions would be great ! Thanks ! I do know that on the first of each month you had to change the date in the sales code file under services. |

Rep Power: 22 | Re: Helios 11.4 ETF package I take it? First take a peak at the help files, the Helios guide to setting up an ETF sales code is not too hard. I could do this over the phone easier though, but I will try to help you: First club the new owners for deleting the code. Then you will need to decide on a sales to sell, probably the one you used before. In sales code: Enter sales code and description. Code type: "service" Price: "$0.00" and click on "Prorated" Cut Off day: usually the 1st, so 1 Billing day: usually the 1st, so 1 Monthly fee: Enter dollar amount of package Operation tab: Check "mandatory contract" if you have one, you should, for the client to fill out. Pkg/Mem tab: Membership: what they bough (this can be tricky, but usually bed type, etc.) Membership Variable: constant and 365 days for a year, etc... Flex start: no EFT Options: Select open and fill in same info as "pro-rated" from before. Usually 1, 1, $, 12 months for a year package Thats pretty much it for the sales code. I have no clue how you have tan-on codes setup though.

Rep Power: 22 | Re: Helios 11.4 I had to replace a client computer today and cannot get it to talk back to the server. I suspect I do not have the proper address installed but do not know where to begin to set it. I did the steps over two years ago and can not recall what is involved to correct this on our version 11.4 of Helios. Please help !!!!

Rep Power: 22 | Re: Helios 11.4 So the the client computer is not seeing the "server". Well in 11.5 you check the IP address on the server. Fastest way is to go to "Settings" menu then "System...". In there locate a tab called "site info". You will see an IP address for the time server. Something like 10.0.1.2 Now go to the client machine and make sure the above matches. Once changed close and re-open Helios. In 11.5 a pop-up keeps coming up when you are try to change all this on the client machine. Its a TOTAL PAIN.... ***NINJA EDIT**** Oh, I forgot, make sure the workstation is set to 2 or 3 or whatever, same "site info" screen but to the lower left. Of couse, make sure the data folder is mapped. Have you done that yet?
