Need a HUGE favor from those not using Helios...

Im still waiting on a support ticket from Helios on an accounting issue. It appears Helios does not accuratly report cost of goods sold, see here:

In essence, if you depend on Helios to help you with the books, your books maybe off. It doe not accurately report the real cost of everything you sold. You may have paid more or a lot less.

What I was wondering is if Tan Track or other software also has two placed to enter cost. With Helios you have one place to enter what you expect to pay, then when you receive you can enter the real cost incase it is not the same, such as getting a good deal or buying from a different distributor.

And if so, could someone run a couple reports to see if cost is accurately calculated? For example I ran several date specific report for a day with slow sales. I added up the REAL cost of every item sold when received against the report and found that on that day alone my real cost was $5 less.
