Is anyone else getting an error sign when they go to shift report? i called helios and they are trying to figure it out.

Close helios do the download again restart pc will work fine.

Oh no it was a big process. We had to run a different update and we figured it out. It works now.

I was running Helios V11.3.37 and was still on Win XP Pro SP1. I spent all last weekend installing SP2, Update 11.4, and update 11.6.1 at both my stores. Everything is cool now. No pop ups for me (not until Sept. 2009)

Has anyone had trouble installing the update?
We just tried it (with Helios off as instructed) and now Helios won't open at all.
Helios has always annoyed me. Like we don't have enough to do without their POS (I believe it stands for piece of **** rather than point of sales) always causing problems.

Any one know where I can get the Helios 11.5.1 update???

SSTan - are you on Win Xp Pro SP2? I was told you had to have SP2 installed for it to work correctly. Also, if you were not on V11.4 or later, you were supposed to install that update (11.4) before you could install 11.6.1 update.

The computer is Win 2000 SP 4
Helios version 11.4.
I installed the patch/update and got several CRC errors in the progress window. Now Helios will not even start up.
I will have to uninstall Helios 11.4, reinstall 11.4, install the 11.5.1.patch then install 11.6.1 patch, so tech support tells me.?
