Fingerprint reader for Helios

Yo!

Anyone use a fingerprint reader with Helios, one that is not "authorized"? I have a source for a very good one at an insanely low price. I may get two anyway and just try it.

I always thought of using these, but recently a client called about her friends using her account. I also fear people sharing EFT accounts. I am sure that account thefts are at a low rate, but in the clients case is was people under the legal age that were tanning - she was also not happy they were using her sessions. For now we have a password on the account.

I would be interested in where to get one for your insanely low price....

Thanks!

We have had customers "give" their sessions to a friend/look alike and get caught.

Re: Fingerprint reader for Helios

That would not help much. All one has to do is give it to a friend to come in.

Ya I know but it's a little less invasive. It would help with lotion sales too. You can always ask for their driver's license if you're conerned about someone in particular. Or you could get to know your clients a bit more.

Um... we do know out clients. But we have will over 100 unique clients a day. Once can not recognize and remember all of them. Then add the other staff and there is even a better chance someone could slip through.

Driver's license and cards can be forgot. Its hard to not bring your fingers.
