Cash Drawer W/ Helios

Anyone know how to prevent the cash drawer from opening when I do a CC transaction? It's a pain in the arse when the honking drawer flys open and smacks my hand when a CC receipt is printing out. I use the little slots in the front of the drawer to put signed receipts in so I don't need it open when it's not necessary.

Tried the disable cash drawer (clock in window) but doesn't do anything. Unless it is b/c I have an override function in my profile.

Drawer opens for cash and CC transactions. Is anyone else having this problem?

Does the same with me, but I want it to open to put the CC slip inside. Guess it just depends on what you're used to.

Same here. I dont have the "Helios" cash drawer or "Helios" printers though. Does your drawer pop open when you just print a receipt from history or a zero dollar sale?

No Unity. A $0 sale = no open drawer.

on V11 it opens on F5 End Sale with $ is the way if works ... no option ... payment method is not considered
