suntouch helo again please

I have my computer loaded with the suntouch program. Now I am trying to get my records into suntouch. I can't!!! I have been on the phone with suntouch twice !! I am copying my sunplus.mdb and then tried my sundbm.mdb. with both of them..I copy them to a disc then i insert it into the new computer and I can't copy and paste it..I not sure what I am doing wrong. i try to open it and it won't first it says read only and I had uncheck that box when i copied to the disc.

The guy at suntouch was a joke...He was yelling and cussing at his children in the back ground it was a waste of a a call.
PLease hlp if have done this before....

can you copy the file to your desktop w/ windows explorer? from CD drive to DESKTOP ?
