Prepaids is the way to get around calling customer back when the bed is available. Client comes in. You sell them lotion, eyewear, then if the bed is in use you collect the amount for the session as prepaids. End the sale with wahtever form of payment then your done, or you can waitlist them if you want to. Pull the client up again in helios when the bed is ready then place them in the correct room, since you've already collected the money for there session as prepaids you would in the sale and use the prepaid option as form of payment. I very rarely use the wait list in helios as it is way to cumbersome. I've had helios for 7 years and have always done it this way with no problems. PM me if you have any questions.

We use the appointment book as our way of knowing what beds tanners are waiting on.
You go under employee and then appointments. You can select the bed number and the time. If they are paying for the one visit we go ahead and make the sale and then let them wait in the lobby if need be. We minimize the appt. and process on with our other tanners and when their bed is ready we bring it back up to see what bed and how long. It sorda works like writing it on a piece of paper, but with mulitiple stations it allows the other employee see what bed is being waited on so she doesn't offer it again to one of the customers she is helping. I could think of better things that would work, but with the system it is good for us because our tanners like to go in specific beds, not 1st available.

when bed is in use and someone wants to pay for it i take their money as prepaid dollars and let them kick back on the couch. when bed is ready i use sales code and pay with option 7 - prepaid dollars. I did not read the whole thread before i posted. 8)
