Helios and Photo I.D

I've tried searching helios website and can't seem to find out if Helios 11.5 is photo capable.

Is there any salon software out there that is as easy as helios(don't need multiple salon)(don't need EFT) That has ability to add photo I.D to client profile.

I have had a number of customers trying to pass themselves off as others.I know everyone of my customers by name,so its not a problem for me,but my staff does not spend enough time here,esp in the busy season.

Not a fan of fingerprint I.D(rude IMO)any suggestions?

The finger-print reader is the BEST way to avoid profile theft/sharing. It is a bit "cold" but clients seen to get used to it. There are other salons around me that use it.

However, 11.5 does indeed do photos. However, those idiots at Helios decided to move it to the check-in screen. So when you bring up a client there is more foot-work versus the older version where it was were is SHOULD be, on the clint info screen. Since they moved it, we no longer use the photo system.

They need to hire a design engineer, not a coder.

Thanks unity,i will contact Helios.Personally I don't need it,but I need a watch dog when Im not there.

The fingerprint is obviously the best defense,but I would rather my emplyoees get to know people by names.Its what has made us popular with the people.
