helios back office

I just spent 5 hours on the phone with Helios tech support and it still won't work. I can view it locally but not from a remote computer. It was working yesterday and just quit for no reason. Has anyone else had this problem? Please help!!

Today it started working but I still can't master edit things using back office! Any input would be appreciated.

On client Profile page, white box next to Master Edit is for your password. click ENTER to accept it.

In the 3 months I had Centrix the Back Office was the only thing that wasn't mucked up.
