That would be a problem. Since I do this on a Mac, I dont have that issues.

Well there has to be some was to access the MDB. If you have Microsoft Access installed I bet ya can.

Leave it to Helios to have it export to a generally un-readable file format. Why could they not export to excel or anything generic including tabbed text!

Grrrr.

I wish, but all I have seen from the extra fee increases is an extra 5 minutes of being on hold....

ive also never been able to get helios email to work. Ive been using www.constantcontact.com for over 1 yr now and wouldnt leave it for helios if it did get fixed.

Well HOLY COW...today i decided to try ONE LAST TIME to get my helios smail to work...instead of extracting them all together, i did them by birth month...so i grabbed separately by JAN, FEB, MARCH...etc....and what do you know, it worked!!!! WHOA!

It's most likely your Internet Service Provider allowed them to go through because you weren't trying to send so many at one time they didn't flag it as SPAM. My guess is Helios works fine. :)
